For three months i have tried to contact a specific representative in the fraud department with his extension number because apparently hes the only one able to solve the case but he never picks up the phone. EVER.
I have been charged long distance charges when my phone was stolen in spain despite suspending the account. and every month, theyve added a late fee because i cant even get hold of the person holding my case. and now because of the bill, theyve discontinued my phone service.
Mind you, my account was suspended when my phone got stolen and yet i am getting charged late fees every month AND I have no service now.
i have spoken with the credit operations and customer care multiple times and none of them have solved the problem.
