I have samsung galaxy grand quattro (win I-8552) of India. The problem is when someone calls me it only shows UNKNOWN on the display. Not any number or name that I have saved in my phone. This problem only occure when someone who calls me is using another network other than fido and rogers. But when any fido or roger customer calls me then it works fine means number and name displays on my phone screen.
It's very hard for me to know whose call is there and even I can't call back as I am not aware of the phone number.
I have tried customer care but there is no any issue from their side and not in my phone as I have my phone settings checked by fido representer and no problem with fido numbers.
Please help me guys.
