I moved from Canada to New Zealand at the end of September last year. I called to end up my mobile service with Fido before leaving (it took me a good amount of time at the phone). I just realised you are still charging me $67,20 monthly to my Canadian bank account through a pre-authorised card payment. I would like to ask for the reimbursement of the amount that has been charged on my account and a stop of any further charges, since I asked for the cancellation of the service before leaving Vancouver. I will proceed for a legal claim if you don't cancel my account and refund the money. Please, contact me on my email as soon as posible.
