I am beyond frustrated with this company i am trying to speak to someone about my account and i have tried multiple times this week, currently on hold right now for 44 mins. Who the hell can answer my quesions. Why are new customers ( like my friend) having no trouble connecting with someone while existing customers are currently on hold constsntly. I need information about my bill and now my minutes since i am calling at 10:35am and have been on hold for 46 mins now!!!!!!
