Last message i received from Chad was about 48 hour's ago.  Also tried Twitter.

 

Hey Mario! We're very sorry for the delay! It's the holiday season and we're receving a TON of requests for plan changes. I know it's hard to believe, but our wait time at the moment IS above 24 hours. Not to worry, if you sent us a message about the plan while it was still available, we will honor it!

I'll gladly address those other issues you have, but first would you like for me to switch you to the $60 10GB plan immediately?
