I have been a prepaid Fido customer for 14 years and all of a sudden I am having difficulty getting coverage most of the time in Sidney, BC where I have always lived. I phoned Fido customer service and was told that if I would take a monthly plan instead I would get better coverage. I found this hard to believe and had him repeat it and then I asked questions in different ways to verify what I was hearing. I was so mad I went to the competition and was told that didn't sound right. Went to another competition and was told that was hogwash! Then phoned the Fido store in Victoria and they said that didn't sound right. What the hell is going on?????????????
