Fido internet is not working

I have been with Fido for about four years. Everything was fine until today. I have a monthly plan which includes internet data and my new cycle started just few days ago. I am sure I have not reach the data limit yet. Today at noon, my phone still showed "LTE connected" & the signal is 2/5, but internet is actually not working. I cannot open any web pages or use any apps. Any ideas?
