I have been traveling since March 23 and I have had the same recurring problem with Fido tech support. Multiple unkept promises to call me back once my issue is looked into and nobody calls me back. 3 times I've been cut off and I have now spent more than 2 hours of call and being on hold time. I want to email the details of this horrible service to a VP at Fido. Please advise contact info. Manoj Sood
