I tried today contacting Customer Support for my Fido Home Phone. What a joke!
You are told the wait time for a callback is between 59 minutes and 1 - 1/2 hours.
I left my number, and went about my business when the FIDO 1-888 number "called back" - there was no voice at the other end of the line. Twice, that is. So, I'm supposed to consider they called back? Is this a bad joke or what?
I called again the 1-888 number, and I was told I'm being called back and I got a busy signal.
What a joke.
