Help, please! I'm new this community forum, although a long-time Fido subscriber (over three years), and a couple of weeks ago I posted a question. One person responded, and I've tried a couple of times to respond to that person's post, but when I click on "reply," the Fido website sends me to "My Account" instead. What can I do?
