I have a text&talk plan with unlimited text,pictures,and supposedly videos as well,but here's a clincher: I can send a picture,but for some reason can't receive it! This is happening on Lumia 1020,but I also had the same problem with Alcatel Idol 3 (my favorite handset).I did all the things that(suggestions)I found on the web,but to no avail! I get the message like:"getting media content",but pic never materializes. On Alcatel Idol 3(android) only says "download content",and of course once again,nothing happens. Any ideas,please?
