Device protectio error

I try to request device protection service but they said "

Please review your personal information and ensure you're the account holder or an authorized user on the Fido account.

If this information is correct and you are the account holder or an authorized user, then feel free to continue filing your service request."

I'm account holder in fido..........

How to solve that problem
