Already try all the combinations that would normally make up your password, but still no luck? We got you! Here’s a guide to help you reset your Fido.ca password.
IF YOUR USERNAME IS AN EMAIL ADDRESS:
- Go to Fido.ca and click Login
- Click Forgot Password?
- Enter your email address and click CONTINUE
- We’ll send you an email with a link to reset your password. Click on the link in the email and answer your secret question, then click CONTINUE.
- Now enter your new password twice and click UPDATE PASSWORD
- You’re done! Now you can log in with your username and your new password.
IF YOUR USERNAME IS YOUR PHONE NUMBER:
- Go to Fido.ca and click Login
- Click Forgot Password?
- Enter your Fido phone number and click CONTINUE
- We’ll send you a text with a link to reset your password. Click on the link.
- Enter your new password twice and click UPDATE PASSWORD
- You’re good to go! Log in with your phone number and new password.
