I bought today two $20 voucher for my prepaid account, and when I tried to load them (scratched for the first time) they were new, I mean normal looking, but when I entered the number the voice service said that those numbers had already been used! How is that possible if they were new, unscratched, when I first got them?
I can't afford to waste $40 dollars, so when I went back to my neighbourhood grocery store where I bought them, the guy there told me that I have to leave them so he would make the claim to the distributor, but he couldn't give me my money back! so now I ended up without service, and I have to wait till who knows when if the distributor will agree to return my money or give me good valid vouchers?? Why is that customers are exposed to that kind of treatment Fido? And then they keep insisting for me to change to monthly plan, forget it! Customers should be treated with respect no matter if they have a monthly plan or they're prepaid customers! They give you their hard earnt money FIDO! You need to value your customers and make sure they get good service IN ALL YOUR AREAS!!! I won't continue having service with this company if I don't get this matter satisfactorily resolved. There's obviously an internal fraud happening somewhere, whomever prints those vouchers or someone inside. The point is that customers are getting vouchers which are no good! Question is, is that the normal way to deal with this kind of issues? Is there any other way that customers should take? Please let me know.
