The new my account page is very confusing. It says that my expiry date is Nov 26 2015. But when I called by the phone, it said it expires on Nov 25 2015.
Which is the right date??

I've just bought a BLU 5.0 LTE unlocked phone from amazon.ca to use with my FIDO sim card. Unfortunately it seems the data connection does not work, while in theory it should. does it require any particular setting of the "access point names"?
My phone phone operates in these bands
GSM: 850/900/1800/1900
3G: UMTS 850/1700/1900/2100
4G: LTE 1700/2600
for the rest it works perfectly, but if the internet does not work I will change the operator.

I've got an erroneous charge for a Sim card on my account. On phone call rep said it would be free. I've been burned so many times by reps that I record their calls. I need to know where I can send a copy of this file to get the charge reversed. It's ridiculous how much anguish I have to go through just to try to (and not always succeed) at getting fido to stand by their word. Sick!

HI, my phone plan is $35/month. I do remember I pay about $100 for my prepare phone card, then I changed it to $35 plan. I think I missed oct phone bill, becase I payed $76 this month(My payment day is 20th). So it means I pay the bill deferred for one month and 4 days? I'm a international student, and I don't want to get a bad personal credit. Can I explan it to Fido company? I even don't have a credit card now.

Call forwarding won't work on my phone (S6) neither Conditional and Unconditional forwarding. I'm having the exact same issue as on this forum post:

I get the same message: Unexpected response from network and I also used many International Value-Packs in the past just like the person who had the problem in the thread above.
However, I haven't been lucky because after 2h on the phone talking to 4 different Fido reps who in turn called Technical Support, they could not figure out how to activate it.
I don't have voicemail and I do have Call forwarding in my options
I'm getting pretty desperate because I need this service for my company

Is anyone else having horrible issues with login and page loops on fido.ca, speificially the Community Forums. If I return to my tab after a period of time and try to do something, I end up in this endless loop. See this screen capture:

I also frequently run into the issue where I visit the forums, click login, and it brings me back to the same page, not logged in. Sign in button is there still and I'm not logged in.

I bought two numbers under my name about a week ago. When I login to my account profile I see the bill for two numbers, no problems with that. But when I go to the Services tab I can only see one of my numbers in the dropdown list. I need to see all my numbers here because without statistics I can't make an informed decision about chaning fido plans.
Please, refer to the screenshots below to see what I mean.
I did call support but the person who tried to help me only suggested to wait until my bill arrives. So here we are, I can see the bill for both of my numbers, but statistics are shown only for the first. I would really appreciate if someone could suggest something.

I went into a 2-year smart plan agreement on Nov 9th 2015, and got the Samsung S5 for $300. However, i noticed Fido is offering the same for $250 today.
Is there price matching for this?

This is a recent problem that has been happening to my cell phone for the past couple of days, I have not been able to make or receive a phone call. I dial out and it rings but then total silence. I receive a call and answer it but again, total silence. I cannot access my phone messages neither. Texting is alright but any voice is completely unusable. I am not the only one having this problem as I know of one other Fido user with this problem as well.
What is going on and how do I fix this?
Will I be able to use my FidoDollars for the new Fido Internet service? I have absolutely no other use for my FidoDollars and I would hate to see them go to waste.

Yet another issue on the fido.ca site. I am unable to change my password. I was redirected to a non-https site from my old bookmark and I would like to change my password for security reasons. I am using a password generator for my passwords, which does contains letters, numbers and special charaters. The fido.ca site keeps reporting "Please include at least 1 number and 1 letter." Can someone provide the character restriction for fido.ca passwords. It would also help if this information was listed in the change password dialog popup (I really, really hate dislike popups).

My current contract ends in 4 days and just happenes to land during these sales. I called fido support to see what is available and noticed the plan i was after is available at koodo for $59 and a samsung s5 for $100. The same plan and phone at fido is $64.
The CSR could only match for the first 6 months, and then the price would go up after that for the remainder of the contract. I told her the math doesn't add up and she insisted this is all she could do.
Shouldn't fido match this when people call in? The whole point to retain your sales is to keep customers happy. The bigger problem is If i do switch I will get non stop phone calls from fido trying to convince you to come back.

I just redeemed my FIDO DOLLARS for a refill of $10 of airtime but it can take up to 72 hours to receive it..which I only found out when I submitted the request. However I have presently a $6 credit which will expire tomorrow if I don't refill. What happens if by tomorrow I don't receive the $10 refill? Will I loose the existing credit or is my account flagged that a credit of $10 is pending? Thank you...

My phone is not charging properly and I have fido device protection. You would think they would know how to approach the problem and fix it right? Nope. I went throught their insurance company and back with fido and my phone is still here not charging properly. I tried calling 611 and was on hold for maybe 20 mins so I gave up. Tried to doing a live chat, and no representative came. Went to the store at a mall, didnt know anything and seemed like he just was hired. By far the worst customer service. I'm so glad that my contract ends soon.
